Our Refund Policy
Euro Prop Money aims to ensure every customer is satisfied with their order. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be granted.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Orders that arrive damaged or defective (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
- Orders that do not arrive within the stated delivery window (must be reported within 30 days of dispatch)
- Orders where the wrong products were sent
- Orders that are significantly different from the product description
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Orders where the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address
- Customs confiscation due to the buyer's local regulations (buyer's responsibility to verify import legality)
- Orders where the products have been used or modified
- Digital or downloadable products once delivered
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days for lost shipments)
- Provide your order reference number and a description of the issue
- Include photos of any damaged or incorrect items
- We will respond within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5β10 business days to your original payment method
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are subject to the return policy above. To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
