Tracking
All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of dispatch.
Packaging
All Euro Prop Money orders are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging. There is no external branding, no indication of contents, and no reference to Euro Prop Money on the exterior of the package. This is standard practice for all orders.
Customs & Import
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These costs are the buyer's responsibility. Euro Prop Money cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Contents are described accurately on customs declarations as required by law.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. See our Refund Policy for full details.
