All products sold by Euro Prop Money are novelty prop items intended exclusively for use in film, theater, photography, content creation, and entertainment contexts. They are not legal tender, are not intended to be used as currency, and must not be passed off as genuine euro banknotes.
All products are produced in compliance with the European Central Bank's guidelines for banknote reproductions. Buyers are responsible for verifying that use of prop banknotes is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3. Orders and Payment
The minimum order value is €250. We accept payment by cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) and bank transfer. Payment must be confirmed before orders are processed and dispatched. Crypto payments receive a 10% discount applied at checkout.

6. Buyer Responsibility
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that:

- The products will not be used to commit fraud, deceive any person, or be passed as genuine currency
- The buyer has verified that import and possession of prop banknotes is legal in their jurisdiction
- The buyer is 18 years of age or older
7. Limitation of Liability
Euro Prop Money shall not be liable for any misuse of products by the buyer. We are not responsible for losses arising from delays in shipping, customs issues, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Venice, Italy.
